[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] This petitioner claiming to be the husband of the detenue - Jansi, aged about 21 years, has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to secure the detenue from the custody of the respondents 4 and 5 and produce her before this court.

2. The detenue is present before us. On enquiry, she informed us that she is not in the illegal custody of anybody.
