The petitioner has filed an affidavit in the Registry on 17.03.2021 stating that the parties have amicably settled the disputes between them and the terms of such resolution were recorded in the form of an agreement for Transfer of Assets dated 19.12.2020. He also stated that in view of the said settlement, the petition and the applications may be dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Recording the said submission, the petition and applications are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
