ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated dated 09.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5955 of 2026. 2.Earlier, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5955 of 2026 vide order dated 09.03.2026 with certain conditions. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a Crl.M.P.No.7532 of 2026 seeking to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner and the same was dismissed on 27.04.2026. Now, the petitioner has come forward to relax the condition imposed against him in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 09.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5955 of 2026.

3.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5955 of 2026 vide order dated 09.03.2026 and the relevant Paragraph No.7(c) is modified as hereunder:- "7(c).that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders".

4.The rest of the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5955 of 2026 vide order dated 09.03.2026 shall remains unaltered. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered to the aforesaid extent.
