Prayer : Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to call for the records in respect of the FIR registered in Crime No.338 of 2009 on the file of the second respondent Police and quash the same as far as the petitioner are concerned.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for Respondents 1 and 2. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 reported that the charge sheet has been filed and this petition has become infructuous, since, in this petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.338 of 2009.

3. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed and taken on file in PRC No.5 of 2009 before the Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Paramathi and the petitioner has challenged the above said charge sheet in Crl.O.P.No.7586 of 2010, which is pending, the present Crl.O.P.No.25470 of 2009 has become infructuous.

4. In the said circumstances, Crl.O.P.No.25470 of 2009 is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
