These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 388 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 388 days is condoned. 5.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeals and list the same for admission. When the matter is posted for admission, the name of learned counsel for the respondents shall also be printed in the cause-list.

It is made clear that for the period of delay of 388 days, the appellant will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
