Seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2026 and forbearing the respondents from executing the Tender Works for the value upto Rs.25 Lakhs without publishing the tender notice in the form of a notice in the appropriate Tender Bulletin and web portals and without following the procedure as laid down under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 and Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000, this Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to
the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2026 and pass appropriate Orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
