O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner from life threatening by his parents and relatives in accordance with law and also on the basis of her representation dated 02.05.2018.

2. Today, Mr.K.K.Senthil Kumar, HC 1961, Kodumudi Police Station, Erode District, is present before this Court.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is a major, who is aged about 20 years and that she is in love with her maternal uncle Ramesh, who is aged about 24 years.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has left her parental home and is living in the house of her maternal uncle and however, their parents are harassing her and asking her to execute a release deed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respect of the properties.

5. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the local police station and give a complaint seeking police protection. On such compliant being given, the same should be enquired by the local police and ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner.
