Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the documents placed on record.

Considering the fact that earlier C.C.No.88 of 2023 [initiated by the respondent's daughter] and C.C.No.294 of 2022 [initiated by the petitioner] which are similar in nature to the C.C.No.240 of 2020 [which is challenged in the present petition], have already been quashed by this Court, suppressing the

same, the private complaint has been filed, hence there shall be an order of Interim Stay of further proceedings in C.C.No.240 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram. Notice to the respondent returnable by 06.10.2025. Private notice is also permitted. 29.08.2025 ssd To The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram.
