W.P.No.17193 of 2020 is filed by the wife of Mr.Loganathan, who filed the other Writ Petition in W.P.No.4291 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the fact that the subject property had already been taken over by the Tamilnadu Housing Board, no further consideration is required in respect of this writ petition filed by the wife of the original allottee. It is left open to the writ petitioner, who is the wife of the original allottee, to approach the authority, if any grievance exists for redressal.

3. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
