O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.1756 of 2014 in O.S.No.12893 of 2009 dated 02.04.2014 on the file of the VIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 02.04.2014.

2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents are present. The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition was disposed of on 16.07.2016 and thereafter against the Judgment rendered by the trial Court, an appeal was preferred in AS No.458 of 2018 before the I Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel and considering the fact that nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision petition, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
