O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the death of the petitioner's grand mother, the accused persons created certain documents as if she has executed the said documents. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 05.04.2018 before the second respondent. But so far no action has been taken on the said complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the enquiry on complaint given by the petitioner is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the compliant given by the petitioner and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and in case, the enquiry reveals only a civil dispute or a non-cognizable offence, he has to direct the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for obtaining proper relief, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
