O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026 and to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner/company for the purpose of installation, erection and commissioning of High Tension Current Lines and poles from the Wind Farm at Palayam, Karur to the Karur pooling Sub-station (230 kV), Karur District, Tamil Nadu.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents have not received the petitioner's representation so far.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026 had already been received by the respondents and he has also furnished the copy of acknowledgment. __________Page 2 of 4
5. In reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondents will consider the same and act in accordance with law, if the said representation is on file.
6. Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026, conduct enquiry and take appropriate action and dispose of the same in accordance with law, without any delay.
7. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ petition(Criminal) is disposed of.
