This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 4 and 5 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st appellant.

2. Mr.R.T.Doraisamy, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the 1st appellant died on 28.07.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring her legal heirs on record.

3. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for respondents1 and 2 appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st appellant are impleaded as appellants 4 and 5 in the above Second Appeal. 24.08.2022 rpp Note :- Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
