This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 1st Respondent directing the petitioner to seek the required information from the Managing Director, as those information are not available with them.

2. The petitioner has sought for particulars regarding the 3rd respondent with regard to the loan amount paid by him. Now, it is stated that, the 3rd respondent is no more. That apart, the authority has not rejected the petitioner's request, only he was directed to get information from the Managing Director. I find no infirmity in the order passed by the 3rd respondent. Hence, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
