When the matter taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner till date. The petition enquiry is still pending. Further he would submit that the respondent will conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint in accordance with law.
2.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent is recorded. The respondent is directed to conclude the pending enquiry in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
