Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 30.11.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.P.K.Ganesh For Respondents : Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 30.11.2020 and pass final orders.

2. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that the Peepal Trees that are standing on the road adjacent to the compound wall of the petitioner has caused damage to the compound wall. It is also stated that the trees are in a falling stage and it might cause fatal injuries to the public. It is also stated that the petitioner has given various representations on 31.10.2018, 08.07.2019, 07.08.2019, 25.09.2019, 24.10.2019, 25.11.2019 and 30.12.2019 and visited the offices of the respondents 2 & 3 several times, but all in vain. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 30.11.2020. 2/4

In view of the limited prayer made in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of one week from today. The second respondent shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation by the petitioner.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
