The prayer in the present writ petition is to call for the records of the order dated 21.08.2008 in C.No.E.3/7365/2008 and the memorandum of charges in PR.No.17/08, dated 30.10.2008 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.
