O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the Respondents from putting up the compound wall above 1.5 meters on the southern side and western side of the property of the Petitioner situated at No.29, Porteous Road, Ayanavaram, Chennai - 600 023. 2.

The Third Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit dated 22.08.2019 stating that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.06.2019, the property of the Petitioner was

inspected on 26.07.2019 and it was found that the compound wall for the site varies from 1.25 to 1.95 meter at the Southern side and 1.20 meter at the Western side and it does not exceed the stipulated limit of 2.0 meter as per the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
