Hence, this Court is of the view that the reply statement filed by the plaintiff can be allowed to be received by this Court. 4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the application seeking leave of this Court to accept the reply statement filed by the plaintiff for the written statement filed by the third defendant in the Suit. 5.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the reply statement filed by the plaintiff for the written statement of the third defendant is taken on file.
