Mr.S.V.K.Thampi JUDGEMENT This civil suit has been filed to pass a judgement and decree against the Defendant:-
1. for recovery of a sum of Rs.74,52,733.60/- (Rupees Seventy Four Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Three and Paise Sixty Only) together with interest at 15% per annum.
2. directing the Defendant to pay the cost of the suit.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Plaintiff has submitted that this civil suit may be dismissed, as http://www.judis.nic.in

Srcm settled out of court and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, recording the endorsement, this civil suit is dismissed, as settled out of court. Even though in the said endorsement, the Plaintiff has sought for refund of half of the court fee, I hold that the Plaintiff is entitled to refund of the entire court fee paid in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act as amended in 2017. Accordingly, the entire court fee shall be refunded.
