ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file the final report within stipulated time in Crime No. 185 of 2026 pending investigation on the file of the 3rd respondent police.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submits that the case is under investigation and still the investigation is not completed.

4.
