Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents.

It is informed by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that notices have been issued to the Petitioners and enquiry has been conducted in compliance of order dated 30.06.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No. 1485 of 2013 and the final orders in that regard would be issued shortly.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have also submitted documents in support of their claim during the enquiry conducted on 24.07.2019 and made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. Nothing remains for further adjudication in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, recording the subsequent events. No costs.
