ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Namakkal in I.A.No.1067 of 2006 in unnumbered CMA of 2006 dated 30.12.2011.

2. Ms.K.Aswini Devi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners would submit that in an identical matter arising out of same issue, this Court has passed an order in CRP(NPD).No.311 of 2014 batch, condoning the delay and requested this Court to pass a similar order. 3.Mr.E.V.Chandrasekaran, legal aid counsel entered appearance for the respondent.

4. This Court vide order dated 02.08.2019 in CRP(NDP).No.311 of 2014 batch, allowed the petition as this Court was satisfied with the reasons for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Since the instant case arise out of the same issue, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed but on payment of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) payable to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed automatically, without any reference to this Court. Therefore, the order in I.A.No.1067 of 2006 is hereby set aside.
