This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5385 of 2023 in Crl.A.No423 of 2023 to pay 20% of the fine amount imposed by the trial Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdrawn this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect and he seeks extension of time to pay the fine amount as per the Order of this Court made in Crl.M.P.No.5385 of 2023 in Crl.A.No423 of 2023, dated 19.04.2023.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement being made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Further time of three months is granted to the petitioner to pay the fine amount as per the Order of this Court made in Crl.M.P.No.5385 of 2023 in Crl.A.No423 of 2023, dated 19.04.2023.
