This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking clarification of the order passed in W.P.No.11070 of 2015 dated 29.10.2020. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, after some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present miscellaneous petition.

2.Recording the said submission made by Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, the present miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
