This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4780 of in CRL.O.P.No.2650 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee on all hearing dates without fail.
