To extend the time for complying with the condition of pre-deposit of 25 percentage of the disputed tax amount imposed by order dated 05.02.2026 passed in W.P. No. 11713 of 2025,for a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order in this petition or such further period as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper, and consequently permit the Petitioner to make such deposit within the extended time, and thus render justice and equity. WP No. 11713 of 2025 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records culminating in impugned Order GSTIN 33AACCK5123H1ZX / 2021-22 dated 29.11.2024 passed by the Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to reconsider the objection with documents filed by the Petitioner on file.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the condition of pre-deposit of 25% of the disputed tax amount imposed by order dated 05.02.2026 made in W.P.No.11713 of 2025 for a further period of 30 days.

2.The time stipulated earlier for payment of 25% of the penal deposit is extended by 30 more days from today.

3.This petition is disposed of accordingly.
