Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for willfull disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 28.10.2022 made in W.P.No.12584 of 2022.

Heard Ms.Suneetha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 28.10.2022, the respondents has passed an order in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.37413/C2/E2/2021 dated 04.08.2023. He has also produced the copy of the said order before this Court. The said copy has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
