2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, nature of offence charged against the petitioners and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered by granting one month time to the petitioners, to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Thittagudi and also to comply the order of this Court dated 30.03.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.7941of 2026, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
