Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the 3rd respondent made in PR.No.48/PR N(2)/2012 dated 03.09.2018 and the order of the 2nd respondent made in RC No.PR V(1)/126/2952/CPO/2019 dated 19.03.2019 to quash the same and to consequently, direct the respondents to forthwith reinstate the petitioner and to extend all service benefits both service and monetary including back wages.

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the 3rd respondent made in PR.No.48/PR N (2)/2012 dated 03.09.2018 and the order of the 2nd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
made in RC No.PR V(1)/126/2952/CPO/2019 dated 19.03.2019 and to quash the same. Consequentially seeking for a direction to the respondent to reinstate the petitioner and to extend all service benefits both service and monetary including back wages. 2.
Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the 1st respondent had considered the mercy petition dated 06.03.2017 submitted by the petitioner and had reinstated the petitioner into service vide proceedings in R.C.No.012189/AP.3 (2)/2019 .

In the light of above said development, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
