This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in clause (b) on the petitioner by an order dated 29.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14743 of 2022 that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) directly to the defacto complainant in Crime No.829 of 2021 by way of Demand Draft, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order coy made ready and the proof shall be produced before the learned Magistrate concerned at time of execution of sureties.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) directly to the defacto complainant' wife by way of Demand Draft, on or before 10.08.2022.
