This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 07.30p.m. until further order passed in Crl.O.P.11920/2023 dated 01.06.2023 on the file of the Court.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, petitioner finds it difficult to comply with the condition of appearing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem on all working days at 10.30 a.m. and also before the respondent police daily at 07.30 p.m.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that, case is now committed to Sessions Court. He further submitted that, petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 05.06.2023.

4. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed on the petitioner are modified as follows,

(i) The petitioner shall appear before learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. (ii) The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 07.30 p.m., until further orders. 03.07.2023 gd
