ORDER
In the proposed suit seeking permanent injunction and direction in relation to the script "Agent 11 (Agent Eleven)", the intending plaintiff seeks 2/4
leave to sue respondents 1 to 5 before this Court. In the draft plaint, it is asserted that the script was written and registered in Chennai.
2. Upon considering the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue respondents 1 to 5 before this Court.
3. As a corollary, Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
