The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that nothing survives in the present Revision Petition inasmuch as the order impugned in refusing the transfer of O.S.No.96 of 2011 before the District Munsif, Thiruthuraipoondi and O.S.No.65 of 2012 before the Sub-Court, Mannargudi were disposed of on 14.06.2017 and 13.02.2015 respectively.

2. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
