This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and the school management.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint before the respondent police as against staff and in the same manner the staff has also given a complaint against the petitioner. Therefore in order to enquire both the complaints, the respondent police have to call the petitioner for an enquiry.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to cooperate for the enquiry for both the complaints and the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner or his staff in the name of enquiry and shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
proceed further in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.
