Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent, i.e., Election Commission of India, to appoint a competent official insttead of 3rd respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry, to verify the fake/forged EPIC cards bearing numbers TN/03/019/0441908, TN/03/019/0441909, RT00087734 and DBL2225423 as mentioned in and on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.11.2025 to the 4th respondent herein, representation dated 22.12.2025 to the 2nd respondent herein and representation dated 22.12.2025 to the 4th respondent herein, the Election Commission of India, within the stipulated time and period as this Court may deem fit.
