This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12400 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 that "the petitioner shall stay at Chidambaram and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further order".

2. When the matter is taken up, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner has complied with the condition only till 27.06.2023 and thereafter, he did not comply with the condition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner has not complied with the condition after 27.06.2023, this Court is not inclined entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
