ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2021 for change patta name in favour of petitioners in property Village Punjai land bearing old survey No.156 and new survey No.156/1A1A1 situated at No.84, Periyamelamaiyur, Vallam Post, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District to a total extent of 4 3⁄4 cents.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioners' representation dated 31.08.2021 for change of patta for the property comprised in old survey No.156 and new survey No.156/1A1A1 situated at No.84, Periyamelamaiyur, Vallam Post, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein and giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
