O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.Op.No.13429 of 2020, order dated 01.09.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kalappal Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.No representation for the petitioners.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions from 24.09.2020 to 24.10.2020 regularly.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.13429 of 2020, on 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
