This application is filed to permit the applicants to pay Court fee in respect of the amended relief under Section 25(d) of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act.

(i) for relief of declaration in respect of Will dated 01.09.1997, registered as Document No.40 of 1997 in Book 3 of SRO, Alangulam, under Section 25(d) of TNCF & SV Act, Rs.5,000/- and pay Rs.150/- (ii) for relief of declaration in respect of Sale Deed dated 28.11.2013, registered as Document No.6636 of 2013 on the file of SRO, Alangulam, under Section 25(d) of TNCF & SV Act, Rs.5,000/- and pay Rs.150/- and (iii) for relief of declaration of arrangement dated 28.11.2013 in favour of 2nd defendant, registered as Document No.6638 of 2013 on the file of SRO, Alangulam, under Section 25(d) of TNCF & SV Act, Rs.5,000/- and pay Rs.150/-. 2.Heard both sides.
