ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Cum Sub Collector to dispose the petitioner petition registered as proceeding Na.Ka.No.2742/2018/A1 dated 14.02.2019 under Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009 within a time limit stipulated by this Court and grant such other relief as deems fit to this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent/Sub-Divisional Magistrate Cum Sub Collector, Parents and Senior Citizen, Maintenance and Welfare Tribunal, Coimbatore (North), Coimbatore to complete the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2742/2018/A1 dated 14.02.2019 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
