Hence, the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
