This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in complaint dated 06.10.2020 from the file of 5th respondent to 6th respondent.

2. Admittedly, even till today, no FIR has been registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Therefore, before registration of FIR, no question of transfer of investigation arise.
