This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.3 imposed to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5943 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6526 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.48 of 2023 on the file of Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the date of hearings without fail.
