C.M.P.No.15255 of 2021 in A.S.No.412 of 2014 C.M.P.No.15255 of 2021 in A.S.No.412 of 2014 P.T.ASHA, J The above application is filed to record the death of the first appellant Mrs.Rajamani Ammal and to bring on record the petitioner/second appellant as her legal representative and to bring on record the proposed fifth respondent as legal representative of the deceased first appellant and as the fifth respondent in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, the application is ordered.

4. Issue notice to the proposed fifth respondent returnable by 06.10.2021. Private notice is also permitted. Post the matter on 06.10.2021.
