ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest pursuant to a Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 24.04.2026, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The present application has been filed against the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioners on account of the petitioners' absence. However, instead of moving an application to recall the warrant, the petitioners approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail which cannot be granted. Therefore, this application is liable to be dismissed. At the same time, the concerned Court is directed to consider the warrant recall petition on surrender of the petitioners before the Court according its own merits on the same day.
3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
