ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in CR.MP. No.525 of 2026 in CR.MP.No.276 of 2026 dated 12.03.2026 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge at TIruppur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in CR.MP. No.525 of 2026 in CR.MP.No.276 of 2026 dated 12.03.2026 that the petitioner is ordered to appear and sign before the respondent police station once in a week on every Monday at 10.00am., until further orders is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered. 14-05-2026 nr To The Inspector of Police Udumalpet Police Station, Tiruppur District Note:
