PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for entire records relating to appointment order issued to the 4th respondent vide No.VC/REGR/D1(B)/ 2014/486 and No.VC/REGR/D1(B)/ 2014/489 dated 21.4.2014 on the file of the respondent 2 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reconstitute the selection committee for the appointment to the post of Assistant Professors in the Department of Philosophy vide appointment notification dated 16.12.2013 as per rules and regulations of the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.
