CRIME NO.NOT KNOWN OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time till the ban on entry of persons from Kerala is lifted to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11599 of 2021 dated 02.08.2021 in the bail application in the file of the Superintendent of Police and The Inspector of Police, Anti-land Grabbing Special Cell, Kancheepuram.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

Vide Order dated 02.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3.Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
