Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents produced the status report filed by the Member Secretary, Puducherry Planning Authority wherein it has been stated that the deviated portion of the existing building has been removed in tune with the approved building plan issued by the Puducherry Planning Authority.

2. In view of the status report filed by the Puducherry Planning Authority, it can now be infered that the order of this Court, dated 11.01.2019 has been complied with. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
